What to bring to the desk
Four things, five minutes of paperwork, and you're on the road.
- Valid driver's licence
Zambian, regional or international — held for 2+ years.
- ID or passport
Original document at pickup; a copy stays on file.
- Security deposit
Refundable deposit per vehicle class, cash or card.
- Minimum age 23
23+ for standard vehicles, 25+ for luxury SUVs.

Can I collect a vehicle directly at the airport?
Yes — we have desks at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula (Livingstone), Kenneth Kaunda (Lusaka) and Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe (Ndola). Share your flight number and we'll meet you at arrivals.
Is there a mileage limit?
Self-drive rates include 200km per day. Extra kilometres are billed per vehicle class — the exact rate is shown on your quote before you commit.
Can I take the vehicle across the border?
Cross-border travel (e.g. to Zimbabwe or Botswana) is possible with advance notice. We prepare the clearance letter and charge a once-off cross-border fee.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?
Every rental includes our 24/7 dispatch line. We have our own mechanics in each city, so recovery or a replacement vehicle is arranged by us — not a third party.
Do you offer chauffeur-driven rentals?
Yes. Any vehicle in the fleet can be booked with a professional driver at a daily driver rate — popular with corporate clients and conference delegations.
